My7steps, a brand within Acture Group, has signed a contract with AOK Niedersachsen, one of Germany’s largest health insurers. As a result, thousands of insured individuals in Niedersachsen – one of the country’s most extensive regions – will gain direct access to fast and professional psychological support.
The demand for psychological care continues to rise, while available capacity remains limited. Long waiting lists pose a major obstacle for people struggling with mental health issues. My7steps offers a scientifically proven, online short-term intervention that helps individuals with mild to moderate depressive symptoms strengthen their mental resilience in seven steps. Starting now, AOK Niedersachsen members can access My7steps free of charge and without a referral. The program includes personalized exercises via an app and four online video sessions with specialized psychologists. This contract marks a major step forward in improving mental healthcare in Niedersachsen, a region with millions of inhabitants.
